ART RELEASE

By agreeing to these terms & conditions I give my consent to Alan Lawrence and Alan Lawrence Comics to use the artwork I produce in Alan Lawrence Comics courses for promotional purposes, including display on websites, print and social media advertisements. I understand I retain copyright to my work, and that Alan Lawrence and Alan Lawrence Comics will not use my work for any purposes other than promotion of Alan Lawrence and Alan Lawrence Comics' art courses. I understand that my legal name or “artist name” (if different from my legal name) may be included when displaying the artwork, unless I request that Alan Lawrence removes it.

COURSE REFUND POLICY

Intention to cancel a course purchase should be submitted to Alan Lawrence Comics in a written email. A full refund will be issued if a course is cancelled before the first course meeting. For two weeks following the first course meeting, cancellation will result in a refund being pro-rated by 50%. No refund will be issued from the third week of the course until the end.
